To download the software for Pervasive.SQL from the NDK, follow these instructions:
From the NDK Pervasive.SQL page, click on the Software Download arrow.
If you do not have a current session cookie for the developer.novell.com site, you will be asked to log in to DeveloperNet first.
Once you have connected to Pervasive's Web site, you will be prompted to enter your name, company, e-mail address, and phone number. This information enables Pervasive to track who is downloading their SDK.
When you are finished filling out the form, click the Proceed to Download button.
Scroll to the very bottom of the resulting page and click the line that says, "Take me to the Developer Center!".
From the Developer Center page, click the "Full SDK Download" link in the right column that is labeled "TOOLS."
Click the "Download Now" link at the bottom of the resulting page.
